Nigel Holder / President
Nigel Holder, Founding Partner and President of Arlise Sports Inc., has 20+ years of professional experience and has maintained a passion for sports and entertainment for years. Having worked as a corporate lawyer and investment banker, he gained valuable experience closing high-profile transactions in the billions of dollars. Nigel is a Certified National Basketball Players Association Agent and he received his Juris Doctor from Howard University and Master of Business Administration from Queen’s University.
Ian Jennings / vp basketball operations
Ian Jennings has 20+ years of basketball experience, including as a coach and at an operational level. He also has significant professional experience in client relations and communications, having worked for a large financial institution for over two decades. Ian has a diploma in Accounting and Finance from Seneca College.
Ray Tam / VP Marketing and Finance
Ray Tam is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Big Tree Capital Partners, a private investment fund. Prior to Big Tree Capital Partners, he gained extensive financial experience working with two bank owned broker-dealers. Throughout his career, Ray gained broad experience in sales and marketing, financial analysis, and transaction execution for a wide variety of clients in diverse industries. Ray obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Sauder School of Business, graduating with distinction for academic excellence.
